INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes set out in the 2016/679 EU Regulation (hereinafter the Regulation or GDPR) concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you that your personal data will be collected through the video surveillance system. These devices are designed to acquire its image exclusively for reasons of security and protection of company assets, for the protection of people and property against possible attacks, accidents at work, theft, robbery, damage, vandalism to protection of persons and / or property. The plant will be in operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays.
Data controller

Lawfulness of processing
The data processing takes place in compliance with the following legal principles (GDPR art.6, par.1, lett. f):

Purpose of the processing
The data collected by Postalcoop Srl will be processed for the purpose of protecting the company assets and protecting people from possible attacks, accidents at work, theft, robbery, damage, vandalism to protect people and / or property.
Types of data processed
The data processed by Postalcoop are the images of the workers.
Extent of communication and divulgation
Your data may be accessible by the following subjects exclusively for the purposes described and in compliance with the rules set out in the Regulations and the provision issued by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data:
- subjects who typically act as data processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR;
- personnel in charge of processing pursuant to art. 29 and 32 of the GDPR;
- the data may be disclosed to the competent authorities (eg judicial and police authorities) who formally request it; in this case, the communication of data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject, the legal basis of this treatment is art. 6 par.1 lett. c) of the GDPR.
Provision of data
The provision of your personal data for these purposes is optional but your refusal will make it impossible to enter the company.
Data retention times
The images acquired by the cameras are stored for 24 hours and subsequently deleted. The same may be kept for a longer time only in the event of holidays or the closure of the business, as well as in the event that a specific investigative request from the Judicial Authority or the judicial police must be adhered to. In this case, the processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject, for which the legal basis of the same is found in art. 6.1.c) of the GDPR.
Processing methods
Your data are processed with the aid of electronic tools, in compliance with the Regulations and the Provisions of the applicable Personal Data Protection Authority, including the Provision on video surveillance – 8 April 2010 and the Guidelines 3/2019 on processing of personal data through video devices including security and trust profiles, according to logic and procedures related to the purposes indicated above. The ways in which the video surveillance system produces the video images is such as to limit the viewing angle to the area actually to be protected, avoiding, as far as possible, the shooting of surrounding places and details that are not relevant. .
Postalcoop does not transfer to third countries.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT
In order to fulfill the obligations established by the Regulation in question, Postalcoop reminds you that you have the right to access the data concerning you, pursuant to articles. 15-22 GDPR; may request the rectification, cancellation, limitation of the processing of the data in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR, as well as to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to article 77 of the GDPR (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/home/docweb/-/docweb-display/docweb/4535524).
However, since these are data processed through the video surveillance system, it is specified that the right of rectification and integration cannot be practically exercised in consideration of the intrinsic nature of the data collected, as it is images collected in real time concerning an objective fact. You can make a request for opposition to the processing of your data (Article 21 of the GDPR) in which to highlight the reasons justifying the opposition: the owner reserves the right to evaluate his request, which would not be accepted in case of existence of compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms.

The exercise of rights by the user is free of charge pursuant to art. 12 GDPR. However, in the case of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, also due to their repetitiveness, the controller could charge the user a reasonable fee, considering the administrative costs incurred to manage his request or deny the satisfaction of your request.
